1) Unlimited live classes a week for three months – $195 including HST

  • 16 LIVE classes a week, led by trainer Sue Abell (increases to 18 in September)
  • also includes access to:
    • private YouTube library (24 videos, changed each month)
    • private Live Class Recordings library of 9 of the weekly live classes
      • Cardio and Strength (Monday 9 am)
      • Flow Yoga (Tuesday 8 am)
      • Intense Strength (Tuesday 6:30 pm)
      • Body Beat (Wednesday 8:00 am)
      • Cardio and Strength (Thursday 7:00 am)
      • Flow Yoga (Thursday 9 am)
      • Deep and Slow Flow Yoga (Thursday 6:00 pm)
      • Tabata Body (Friday 6:30 am)
      • Butt and Thighs (Sunday 10:05 am)
    • short version “Blast” and “Foam Rolling” videos added to the Recordings library for July and August while Sue is taking Saturdays off

2) Two live classes a week for three months –  $135 including HST

  • each week you get to select which two classes to attend and they can be different week to week…make it work for you
  • also includes access to the private YouTube library mentioned above   

3) One live class a week for three months – $75 including HST

  • each week you get to select which class to attend and it can be different week to week…make it work for you
